Reebok is one of the world’s most successful manufacturers of sports clothing and athletics shoes and accessories. Under its current name, the brand dates from the late fifties, however, its popularity only really took off with the launch of its iconic woman’s training shoe around about 1982.

In 1958, the grandchildren of a celebrated late 19th century English shoemaker renamed his family business Reebok, after a kind of African gazelle, and thus gave birth to the sporting goods phenomenon we know today. Reebok trainers were quickly recognised as some of the best on the market even today, Reebok trainers can be identified by their signature ‘eighties’ styling; homage to the decade in which they first attained stardom. No longer simply sporting goods, Reeboks have become part of popular culture and classic styles from the past such as the Reebok Paris Runner, Gl6000, Newport Classic , Dash Runner and Phase 3  are worn as much on the high street as they are on the playing field or running tracks.
