Shipping & Returns
We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed. This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a secure method of post. If you return via recorded delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £28. If you return your garments via Royal Mail special delivery, in the event of the post office misplacing your garments, you are insured for a maximum of £500. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Under originalsfootwear.com privacy policy we will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
All credit/debit card transactions are processed through our hsbc credit card terminal, payments are only taken if the item is in stock and ready to leave, most uk orders are processed within 2 days and all uk orders are despatched by royal mail special delivery.
For Our Security - We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we suspect credit card fraud or fraudulent activity has taken place. This is to protect us and you the buyer.
In order to prevent fraud, we ask our customers to follow some basic rules which will keep your accounts and ours free from fraud.
All orders MUST BE signed for on delivery - we do not leave orders with neighbours.
Your billing address MUST BE the address at which your credit card is registered.

PAYPAL - we can also accept paypal payments by clicking the paypal link on our site ,should an item not be in stock and you have paid by paypal we will return the payment immediately to your own paypal account, any paypal payments are made in accordance with paypals standard terms and conditions
We guarantee that all items we show and sell on this website are 100% authentic. We only purchase from reputable suppliers who provide us with all the necessary paperwork to guarantee authenticity.
All our products are 100% perfects. We DO NOT sell factory seconds, irregular or low quality products.
